Begonias...in from the outdoors....

We are going to be in for some heavy duty storms later today...So, I thought I had better bring in a few of the begonias for safe keeping over the winter months.

I need to find a better pot ... but for now..I will let them get acclamated in their new spot.

Do you bring flowers in for the winter months?

No, I don't, however I know many people who do. Those flowers look very healthy.

I used to bring in plants & flowers when I had a real garden...I think it's a great idea. I'm sure the begonia's are very happy and thankful that you rescued them!

Hubby already cleared out the flower boxes. We will bring in what we can save and store them in the basement until Spring.

gosh, I don't have any flowers! I'm horrible with plants. But if I did, I would certainly bring them indoors. Someday I hope to have a greenhouse a la martha stewart so I can have flowers all year long :)

Happy Pink Saturday - yes, I have a lot of plants to bring in this winter! We haven't had extreme cold yet - but, it is certainly coming! Love your begonia,

Loved your Pink Halloween Saturday post. The plant is beautiful. I don't have any live plants or they would be dead ones.
